Counter-Strike 2 cheat. Light requirements, strict about antivirus and clock drift.
Predator is our Counter-Strike 2 product. The hardware requirements are the lightest in the catalogue, but it is unusually strict about two things people never think to check: a fully removed antivirus, and a correctly synchronised Windows clock.

No BIOS changes and no overlay app.
Two things that cause most tickets
A disabled antivirus is not a removed antivirus. Predator's connection is blocked by leftover filtering drivers, which surfaces as timeouts and secure channel errors rather than anything mentioning antivirus. Uninstall properly.
A drifting clock breaks authentication. If your Windows time or region is wrong, the licence check fails with a connection error that looks like a network fault. Settings, Time & language, and hit Sync now.
HWID resets
Predator ties your licence to your hardware on first inject. If you change hardware, you need a reset, and that is limited to once every 7 days. Open a ticket in Discord.
