Driver Initialization Error 1

Something on the machine is still protecting the kernel. Work through all of these, since it is often more than one:

• Exploit Protection is on. Turn it off in Windows Security, App & browser control, Exploit protection settings.
• Windows Defender or Kernel Isolation is enabled. Turn off Core Isolation, Memory Integrity under Windows Security, Device security.
• FACEIT or Riot Vanguard is installed. Uninstall them, do not just stop the service.
• Control Flow Guard (CFG) is enabled. Turn it off in Exploit protection settings.
• Another antivirus is running. Uninstall it.

Restart after making these changes. The drivers stay loaded until you do.

If it persists, press Get Support in the loader, then choose option 1 followed by option 2.

Cannot Connect To Server

Your connection is being filtered, usually by your ISP. Use a VPN. Cloudflare WARP is free and works well here.

Please Open File Properly

You are running the loader from inside the archive, or from a path it cannot work with.

1. Re-download the loader.
2. Extract it fully, password 123.
3. Put it in a new folder with an English name, on your desktop or near the root of C:\.
4. Run it as administrator.

The menu does not open

In this order:

1. Are you on DirectX 12? Vulkan is not supported and is the most common cause. Ubisoft Connect remembers your last choice, so check it rather than assuming.
2. Did you run the loader as administrator? Right click, Run as administrator.
3. Did injection actually finish? Wait for the loader to confirm before launching the game.
4. Are you at the main menu? Press Insert there rather than mid match on the first attempt.

The key is rejected

• Check for a stray space at either end when pasting into the Serial Key field
• Confirm the key is for Crusader R6 Full and not another product
• Check it has not expired in your Client Area

Nothing here matches

Open a ticket in the CheatPlus Discord with your Windows version from winver, whether you launched DirectX 12 or Vulkan, a screenshot of the loader, and what you have already tried.
