Setup process

Do these in order. Skipping ahead to the loader before SteelSeries is signed in is the single most common reason a setup stalls.

1. Get SteelSeries GG running

Install SteelSeries GG and sign in to Moments, as described in Setup requirements. Leave it running.

2. Submit your key

Go to cheezit.life and open the key submission page. Enter your licence key.

This generates a custom loader build tied to your key. It is not a shared download, so do not use a build a friend sent you. It will not authenticate.

3. Download your loader

Your build downloads automatically once it is ready. There is nothing else to click.

4. Move it to your USB drive

Copy the loader onto the FAT32 USB stick or external drive you prepared. Run it from there, not from Downloads.

5. Launch the loader and sign in

Run the loader and log in with your licence key. If this is your first time, register with the key instead.

6. Inject

1. Open the Products tab.
2. Select Disconnect External.
3. Click Inject.

The loader waits for SteelSeries GG to be active before it injects, so if it appears to hang here, check that SteelSeries is actually open and signed in.

7. Launch Rust

Start the game. Once you are in a server, go to Opening the menu.
