ESP shakes or flickers

Boxes and skeletons jitter, shimmer or lag behind players.

This is a rendering mismatch between the game and the overlay, not a broken install. Two settings fix it.

1. Disable anti-aliasing

In Rust's graphics settings, turn anti-aliasing off.

Anti-aliasing smooths the game's frame after the overlay has already worked out where to draw, so the two disagree slightly every frame. That disagreement is the shimmer you are seeing.

2. Cap your framerate

Limit FPS in Rust's game settings.

When the game runs uncapped, the overlay cannot keep pace and the ESP drifts behind players as they move. Pick a cap your PC holds steadily rather than its peak number.

If it is still off

ESP is drawn in the wrong place entirely, rather than shaking, is usually a resolution mismatch. Make sure Rust's resolution matches your desktop resolution, and use borderless windowed rather than exclusive fullscreen.

ESP disappears at range is not a bug. Check Max player distance and Max NPC distance in the menu under Other Visuals and raise them.
