Terms of Service

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and you must be paying with a method you are authorised to use. Orders placed with someone else's payment details will be cancelled and the associated keys revoked.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a licence to use the software for the period stated on the product page, not the software itself and not any ownership in it. Your licence is personal and non-transferable. Depending on the product it may be locked to a single machine or hardware ID.

You may not:

• share, resell, rent, or give away your key or account
• reverse engineer, decompile, crack, repack, or redistribute any part of the software
• run the software on more machines than the product page allows
• use our products to attack, harass, dox, or defraud other people

Breaking any of these ends your licence immediately, with no refund, and may result in a permanent store ban.

3. Keys and account security

Depending on the product, keys are delivered either automatically, to your email and your client area once payment clears, or by staff in a ticket you open in our Discord server with your order ID. Treat a key like a password. We cannot tell who is using a key, so a key that leaks is a key that is gone. Keeping it private is your responsibility, and a leaked key is not grounds for a replacement.

4. Game bans and third-party rules

This is the most important section on this page, so we will not bury it. Using our products almost certainly breaks the terms of service of the games they are made for. Publishers may suspend or permanently ban accounts, hardware, or payment methods they associate with this kind of software.

You accept that risk yourself. We do not compensate, refund, or replace anything because of a game ban, an account loss, or lost in-game items or progress even when you followed our instructions exactly. If that risk is not acceptable to you, do not buy.

5. Detection, downtime, and changes

Games and their anti-cheat systems update constantly. A product that works today can be detected tomorrow. When that happens we take the product offline, mark it on our status page, and work on an update. We do not promise any particular uptime, and time lost to an update does not automatically extend your licence unless the product page says so.

We may change, replace, or discontinue features and products at any time. If we discontinue a product outright while your licence is still running, contact us and we will sort out a fair resolution.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page and may change at any time, though a change never affects an order already paid for. Payments are handled by our payment providers, not by us directly. We never see or store your full card details. You are responsible for any local taxes or fees your bank or country applies.

7. Refunds

Because our products are digital, refunds are limited. The full rules are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If you have a problem with an order, open a ticket before contacting your bank. Filing a chargeback instead of talking to us results in an immediate and permanent store ban.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you break these terms, abuse our staff or community, attempt to defraud us, or use our products to harm other people.

9. Liability

Our products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost accounts, lost in-game items, or lost time.

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be signed away.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use our products after a change means you accept it.
