Keys, resets and downtime
Start with your loader, not your game
Most products in the catalogue are one of five loaders wearing a different name. The loader guide holds the requirements, the setup and the error list, and your product page holds only what is different about your game.

Before you post, check the status page. If a product is marked Updating, it is temporarily offline while it is patched for the latest game version, and there is nothing to fix on your end. See Product status.
