Troubleshooting

Check the status page too. A product marked Updating is offline while it is patched, and nothing below will help until it is Available.

Injection fails

In this order:

1. Launch the loader once per session. Multiple launches invalidate your session. If you have opened it several times, close everything and start fresh.
2. Check virtualisation is on in BIOS, SVM on AMD or VT-x on Intel. See Setup requirements.
3. On AMD, check Hyper-V is off in Windows features, and that you restarted afterwards.
4. Check no antivirus survived. Uninstalled, not disabled, followed by a restart.

The ESP lags behind players

Your framerate is running ahead of what the ESP can keep up with. Cap it:

• Fortnite: Settings, Frame Rate Limit
• Rust: Options, Screen, FPS Limit

Pick a limit your PC holds steadily rather than its peak. Lowering graphics settings helps for the same reason.

The ESP shakes or shimmers

Turn off anti-aliasing and NVIDIA DLSS in your game's graphics settings.

Both alter the frame after the overlay has decided where to draw, so the two disagree by a pixel or two every frame. That disagreement is the shimmer.

The loader closes instantly with no window

A missing Microsoft runtime. Reinstall both packages from Setup process, and run the Visual C++ installer even if you think it is already there.

The site or loader will not load, or asks for a VPN

Your connection is being filtered, usually by your ISP. Install TunnelBear, enable it, and try again. You can turn it off once the loader is running.

The key is rejected

• Check for a stray space at either end when pasting
• Confirm the key is for Disconnect Fortnite External and not another product
• Check it has not expired in your Client Area
• Use a build generated from your key

Open a ticket in the CheatPlus Discord with your Windows version from winver, whether virtualisation is enabled, what the loader says as a screenshot, and what you have already tried.
