Exodus Fortnite External runs on the shared Exodus loader, so the setup is the same as every other Exodus product.

Setup

Fortnite specifics

Menu key: Insert, pressed at the main menu once the overlay has attached. Allow up to three minutes on the first launch of a session.

Display mode: borderless or windowed. Exclusive fullscreen will not show the overlay.

Cap your framerate under Settings, Frame Rate Limit if the ESP lags behind players.

Turn off DLSS and anti-aliasing if the ESP shakes or shimmers. Both alter the frame after the overlay has placed its boxes.

Not to be confused with

Disconnect Fortnite External is the other Fortnite external in the catalogue, with a much lighter setup and no BIOS changes. If your PC cannot meet the Exodus requirements, that is the one to look at.
