Are the products actually undetected?

No cheat is undetectable, and we cannot guarantee that any product stays undetected. The status page shows the current state of every product, taken from each developer's status updates. Check it before you buy, and again before you play after a game update.

Treat "undetected" as "not detected right now", and do not use any product on an account you would be upset to lose.

How does delivery work?

It depends on the product, and the product page shows which applies.

• Delivered automatically. Your key is emailed once payment clears and appears in your Client Area.
• Delivered by staff. Most products work this way. After you order, open a ticket in Discord with your order ID and staff send your key in that ticket.

Where is my key?

That depends on how your product is delivered. The product page says which applies.

If it is delivered automatically, check:

1. The email address you paid with, including the spam folder
2. Your Client Area

If it is delivered by staff, your key is sent in your ticket in Discord. If you have not opened one yet, open one with your order ID.

If payment cleared and you still cannot find your key, open a ticket in Discord with your order ID and the email you paid with.

What licence durations are there?

Most products come as 1 day, 7 day and 30 day keys, and some also have a lifetime option. Each product page lists the options it has.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Cash App and cryptocurrency, all at checkout.

What happens if the product goes down mid key?

Rust and other live games update constantly, and a product goes to Updating while it is patched. Time lost to an update does not automatically extend your key, unless the product page says it does. When compensation is given, it is announced alongside the update on the updates page.

Is it stream proof?

Some products include a stream-proof mode that hides the overlay from OBS and other capture software. Where a product has one, it is listed in the features on its product page. If the features do not list it, assume that product is not stream-proof.

What about HWID bans?

Some products include spoofer functionality and some do not, and we sell a standalone HWID Spoofer separately. Check the product page before assuming you are covered. Following the setup guide properly matters here more than anything else.

Can I get a refund?

Read the refund policy before buying. Short version: a key that has been delivered and used is not refundable, and "it did not work" is a support ticket first, not a refund request. Most setups that fail are fixed in a few minutes.
