The menu does not open

The cheat is almost certainly injected and running. What is missing is something for it to draw onto.

1. Enable Start Desktop Capture

Open SteelSeries GG settings and turn on Start Desktop Capture.

This is the fix in most cases. The overlay cannot render anything until desktop capture is active, so the menu exists but is invisible.

2. Confirm SteelSeries is signed in

An installed but signed out SteelSeries GG will not overlay anything. Open it and check you are signed in to Moments, not just that the app is running.

3. Check the keybind

If you changed the menu keybind and forgot what you set it to, reinject. That returns you to the default ALT + S.

4. Run Rust in the right display mode

Exclusive fullscreen can stop overlays drawing on some setups. Switch Rust to borderless windowed and try again.

5. Reinject in the right order

Order matters. Close everything and redo it cleanly:

1. Start SteelSeries GG and sign in.
2. Run the loader from your USB drive and log in.
3. Inject.
4. Launch Rust.

Injecting before SteelSeries is up, or launching Rust before injecting, leaves you with a loader that thinks it succeeded and an overlay that never attached.
