Your time starts when you load, not when you buy

This is the single most common misunderstanding, and it works in your favour.

A licence starts counting down the first time you enter the key into the loader. Buying on Friday and loading on Sunday does not cost you the weekend.

After that it runs continuously. It does not pause when you close the game, go to work, or go on holiday. A 7 day key is 7 days from first load, not 7 days of playtime.

Extending

There is no top-up. Extending means buying another licence and loading it when the current one runs out.

If you know you want more time, buying the longer key up front is cheaper than stacking short ones.

What a key is tied to

Keys bind to the machine you first load them on. That is what HWID means, and it is why moving to a new PC, or changing a motherboard or drive, can make a key that worked yesterday stop working today.

Accounts inside loaders

Several products ask you to register an account inside their own loader before you can use your key: Coffee, KRUSH and Vega all work this way.

Those accounts have nothing to do with your CheatPlus account. Different username, different password, and staff here cannot reset them for you. Write the details down somewhere, because a lost loader password is a ticket to the vendor through us, which takes far longer than remembering it would have.

Where is my key?

It depends on the product, and the product page says which applies.

• Delivered automatically. Emailed once payment clears, and shown in your Client Area.
• Delivered by staff. Most products. Open a ticket in the CheatPlus Discord with your order ID and staff send the key there.

If payment cleared and you cannot find a key either way, open a ticket.

Where is my order ID?

Two places:

1. The confirmation email sent to the address you paid with. Check spam if it is not in the inbox.
2. Your Client Area, under your order history.

If you genuinely cannot find either, open a ticket and include as much of this as you can, which is enough for staff to find the order without it:

• The email address you paid with
• The payment method, and roughly when you paid
• The product name
• For a card, the last four digits. For crypto, the transaction hash

Sharing and reselling

A key is for one person on one machine. Sharing it with a friend gets it locked, not duplicated, and a key locked that way is not replaced.

The same applies to loader builds tied to your key. If a product generates a custom build for you, that build authenticates as you, and passing it around ends the same way.
