Exodus Rust External runs on the shared Exodus loader, so the setup is the same as every other Exodus product.

Setup

Rust specifics

Menu key: Insert, pressed at the main menu once the overlay has attached. Give it up to three minutes on the first launch of a session.

Display mode: borderless or windowed. Rust's exclusive fullscreen will not show the overlay.

Cap your framerate. Rust under an uncapped framerate renders out of step with the overlay, which shows up as ESP drifting behind players. Set an FPS limit under Options, Screen, FPS Limit that your PC holds comfortably.

Turn off anti-aliasing. If the ESP shimmers or jitters, this is why. Rust smooths its frame after the overlay has decided where to draw.

Not to be confused with

CheatPlus sells two Rust externals. Disconnect External is the SteelSeries based one with a much lighter setup. If you wanted the simpler product, that is the one.

Troubleshooting

Rust updates constantly. If the loader refuses to inject, check the status page before anything else.
