Troubleshooting

In order of how often it is the answer:

1. The game is in exclusive fullscreen. Switch to borderless or windowed. This is the cause most of the time.
2. You pressed the key too early. Wait until you are properly in a lobby or match, then press Insert.
3. The loader did not finish. If the loader window closed but its process was still running when the game started, the injection did not complete. Close the game, check Task Manager, and start again from step 5 of the Setup process.
4. Core Isolation came back on. A Windows feature update can re-enable Memory integrity without telling you. Check it again.

Turn off Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling, cap your framerate, and lower your graphics settings. The Performance section of the Setup process has the exact path.

Make the monitor you play on your primary display in Windows before you load, then load again.

Almost always a missing runtime. Install vc_redist.x64.exe and restart, even if you are sure you already have it, because a damaged install looks identical to a missing one.

If it still happens, the file is being quarantined. See Antivirus and Windows Defender.

Something is intercepting it. Uninstall any third party antivirus rather than pausing it, turn off Defender real time protection, and remove Riot Vanguard, FACEIT and ESEA. Restart and try again.

Ignite's loader is shared through a file host rather than a permanent address, and those links are replaced periodically. Ask in your ticket in the CheatPlus Discord for the current one.

Do not download an Ignite loader from anywhere else. A reuploaded loader is the standard way keys and accounts get stolen.

1. Check the key has not run out. Ignite licences start counting from the first time you loaded them, not from purchase, and run continuously. See Licences and keys.
2. Check your hardware has not changed. If it has, request a reset, see HWID resets.
3. Check the status page in case the product is mid update.

Some connections are filtered. See VPN and region problems.

The two documented ways to get banned on Ignite that are nothing to do with how you played:

• Loading with the game already running. The game must be fully closed before you press Load.
• Launching the game while the loader process was still alive. The window closing is not the same as the process ending.

Beyond that, no product is undetectable and no product is unbannable. See the FAQ for what "undetected" actually means, and consider a spoofer if you intend to keep playing on the same machine.
